Recipe: Uni-Pak Mackerel Sarsiado

Running out of dinner ideas? Here's a quick and easy recipe for you! Try this: Uni-Pak Mackerel Sarsiado. This is a pretty simple dish to make. It is basically a mackerel in a sauteed tomato, and topped with beaten egg. Easy to make but the whole family will surely love it! ;)


  • UniPak Mackerel
  • Eggs
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Magic Sarap
  • Tomatoes 
  • Salt


  1. Drain Uni-Pak Mackerel, then set aside the sauce.
  2. On a hot pan, put oil then fry the mackerel until golden brown and then set aside.
  3. On the same pan, sautée the minced onion and tomato.
  4. Add the sauce of Uni-Pak mackerel and add salt or Magic Sarap for seasoning. 
  5. While boiling, add the beaten egg, wait 'til cooked.
  6. Put on a plate and add the fried Unipak mackerel on the top, then serve.
  7. Enjoy!

Before, sobrang common lang ung nililuto ko like gisa lang.But now ko nakita sa nakikita sa feed especially sa mga blog site na ang dami pa lang recipe using mackerel and sardines at gusto ko din itry para matikman ng family ko
